The Ombudsman determined that the Town of South Bruce Peninsula did not violate the open meeting requirements when it went in camera on seven occasions between September 4, 2012 and January 15, 2013.
The Ombudsman determined that the Town of South Bruce Peninsula did not violate the open meeting requirements when it went in camera on seven occasions between September 4, 2012 and January 15, 2013 to discuss "litigation or potential litigation" and/or "advice that is subject to solicitor client privilege", as the subject matter discussed during the closed sessions fell within those exceptions.
